The Eat To Get Pregnant Program was created to help you take the guesswork out of how to prepare your body for pregnancy.

So much of health care and pregnancy today is about tricking and forcing the body to do what you want it to do, but my philosophy is a bit different. Give the body what it needs and remove what is dragging it down, and it will heal itself.

Each week your body's requirements change as it moves through the ebb and flow of 3 key hormones; progesterone, estrogen and testosterone. Get clear on how to bring your body back to balance by learning how to support these hormones within each phase of your cycle. 

 

The Curriculum:

The 4-week program teaches you how to optimize fertility by mapping your hormones with specific foods, yoga and self care routines that promote a state of healing and balance.

In addition to the online learning modules, we meet twice weekly for LIVE group coaching including Q&A and Yoga.

 

WEEK 1 - Menses

WEEK 2 - Preparing for Ovulation

  • Tap into the divine essence of your best hormone week and learn how to optimize this energy

 

WEEK 3 - Ovulation and Luteal

  • Get clear on how to prepare your uterus for implantation
  • Tap into the feminine energy of your ovulatory days while confirming your fertile window   

WEEK 4 - Premenstrual

  • Learn how to boost progesterone naturally with key foods
  • Understand how to stabilize blood sugar and keep PMS at bay as hormones surge
  • Create a space and vibe for your body to be nourished and cared for as a potential embryo prepares for implantation

Nora DeBora is a Preconception Health Coach, Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor who helps women prepare their bodies for pregnancy and have a healthy baby after 30.

 

With over 7 years of coaching experience and education in holistic nutrition, movement and mindfulness, Nora has helped countless women optimize  their reproductive health through her holistic principles.

Absolutely! The skills you learn in this program will help you nourish, heal and balance the body with nutrition and self care activities. These can be used at any stage of your fertility journey, and could even improve the effectiveness of your fertility treatments. 

Once you enrol in the program, you will receive lifetime access. Any updates and additions will be reflected in the program, so you’ll receive free, ongoing access to the latest and greatest version.

Once you pay and register for the program, there are no refunds issued.

This program is best suited for women any age and stage of their trying to conceive journey. 

This program teaches you about the foundational principles of a preconception diet. Animal protein is built into the weekly meal plans, but can easily be swapped for plant based alternatives.  There are plenty of recipes to choose from.

All live group coaching calls and yoga classes will be recorded and uploaded to the online platform on the same day. This allows you to participate at your convenience. Please be reminded that you still have access to me for any questions through the Slack messaging platform.  As well, a 30-minute 1:1 coaching call with me is also built into the program to discuss any personal health concerns.

By learning how to optimally support the body with key nutrients and self care in each phase of your menstrual cycle, this is a great place to start helping your body find balance.  Over time, with the right lifestyle changes, your body will slowly start to regulate itself. We can address specific underlying health conditions with supplements in your 1:1 coaching session to help your body heal.

Yoga is a great way to prep the body for pregnancy. This would be a great place to start introducing it into your weekly self care routine. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Nora is well versed with teaching to all levels. She provides modifications and alternative posture options to ensure all students are safe and benefit from the class.
