How it will work

WHEN: The Root Cause Fertility Summit will run from September 22 - 25, 2026. It brings together 20+ leading functional medicine, integrative fertility, and reproductive health experts to help couples go from “unexplained” infertility to a clear, root-cause roadmap to finally get and stay pregnant. 

WHY: It's designed to fill the gap left by a conventional system that often says “everything looks fine, just keep trying” or fast‑tracking straight to treatment.

HELP SPREAD THE WORD: Leading up to the summit, we’ll have about two weeks of promotion between September 4 - 19, 2026. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy!

I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the ‘Root Cause’ Access Pass.

This includes an all-access pass for the replays, bonuses, workbooks and live sessions allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!

2. Your Interview

Next up is your interview! 

This is an approximate 30-minute pre-recorded interview that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Our interview recording session must be completed by August 21, 2026

3. All-Access Pass Contribution 

The All-Access Pass gives attendees additional resources and extended learning. To make the pass even more valuable, and give presenters like you another way to grow their audience, you're invited to contribute a bonus resource. 

This includes things like:

• Templates
• Workbooks
• Mini Course
• Trainings
• eBooks
• Membership trial access
• Other digital resources

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Your bonus should have a minimum perceived value of $25. We can't accept discount-only offers or coupons.

Why contribute?

• Increased affiliate commission (50% instead of 40%)
• Extra visibility
• A chance to collect email addresses from attendees who claim your resource

Bonus contribution information is due by August 14, 2026.

4. Promotion

Here's the magic of a summit: when everyone shares, everyone wins. 

More couples find the event, and your affiliate earnings grow. So beginning September 4 through until Sept 19, 2026, I ask each presenter to:

• Send two emails to your audience
• Share one social media post
• Share one IG story

We'll provide promotional materials, swipe copy, graphics, and guidance to make sharing as easy as possible. Remember to use your unique affiliate link whenever you promote, so referrals are tracked properly.

5. Event Participation

And last comes participation with optional live sessions. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentation and extra resources, there could be an opportunity for you to join me for a live session.

There’s no pressure to join me live, but if you do, it’s a powerful chance to connect in real time with attendees, answer their questions, and let them experience your expertise and approach firsthand.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

The summit itself is completely free for couples to watch during the event. The All-Access Pass is an optional upgrade they can buy, and that's where the affiliate program comes in.

You’ll have an opportunity to receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event.

Payouts will be made by October 9.

The commission structure is as follows:

• 40% of every All Access Pass sale through your link, for all presenters
• 50% when you contribute a bonus resource to the All Access Pass 

The pricing structure will be:

• $67 for the first 20 minutes after initial registration
• $97 through September 21
• $137 beginning September 22

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. 

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
