In today's episode, I'm sitting down with psychotherapist Laura Federico and midwife Morgan Miller, co-authors of The Cycle Book, and they are pulling back the curtain on PMS, PMDD, and a lesser-known pattern called PME that could be quietly running the show in your cycle.

We're also getting refreshingly honest about the pressure that trying to conceive can put on intimacy. Laura and Morgan help normalize the sexual and emotional side of this journey, and they share some alternative solutions you may not have considered. And stick around, because near the end, Morgan drops a warning about the app on your phone that you are going to want to hear.
