Fertility Nutrition Made Simple: How To Stop Overcomplicating It
Nov 01, 2026
Feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice about what to eat for fertility? After going through hundreds of food diaries, I wanted to make this episode to take you back to the simple basics. We'll go through the three macronutrients, protein, carbs and fat, and why each one matters for your hormones. I'll also show you what a balanced day of eating can actually look like, with no strict rules and no extreme diets.
I'm also sharing something I see all the time in my practice: high-protein, high-fat, low-carb diets that may be quietly getting in the way of your fertility. You'll learn how cutting carbs too low can slow down your thyroid and starve the good bacteria in your gut. You'll also hear why bringing balance back could be the gentle reset your body has been waiting for. Nourishing your fertility doesn't have to be complicated and I can’t wait to share why.
