Lauren’s mind-body programs help her clients process unresolved emotions, reprogram limiting beliefs, and increase their nervous system’s capacity to tolerate pain and discomfort so they can get and stay pregnant, and enjoy a more confident and comfortable pregnancy & birth. Lauren lives in Montreal Canada with her husband and two children where she enjoys playing in nature, inspiring books, and delicious fresh food.
