It’s never too early to start preparing your body for pregnancy. In today’s episode, I interview my client Allie, who intentionally started preparing her body for pregnancy one year in advance. Allie used her menstrual cycle as her fifth vital sign to recognize hormonal imbalances and wanted to make sure she addressed them before she was ready to start actively trying.
